Our land development company, JCE, INC. has been in business since 1991. We do not strive to be the largest developer, but one of the very best. We always seek properties that offer an ideal combination of location, size, natural features, and potential amenities. Our development group will review proposals and assess potential to maximize our vision and provide sensitivity with regards to environmental preservation. Our extended family of investors, financial partners, homebuilders, land planners, architects, and engineers are well respected in the industry.

Since 1991, we have managed the completion and delivery of more than 8,500 homesites for Carrhomes, Ryan Homes, Richmond American Homes, Centex, Coscan, Pulte, Ryland Homes, NVHomes, D.R. Horton, and Courtland Homes. Communities typically offer a mix of housing types including single-family homes, townhomes, and multi-family opportunities.
